Terms And Conditions

The following conditions apply:

1) The Natural Rest Comfort Guarantee is limited to one exchange per purchase.

​

2) The Mattress needs to have been slept on for a minimum of 14 Nights (To allow your body to adjust to the new mattress) and a maximum of 30 nights from the date the mattress was delivered.

3) The Natural Rest comfort guarantee cannot be redeemed if the mattress is soiled or damaged in any way. We therefore recommend that a mattress protector be used on the mattress at all times (available for purchase in store)

4) The current recommended retail price will be applied to the price of the replacement mattress (Less the amount of the original mattress purchase). Sale prices do not apply.

5) No refund will be given if the replacement mattress is of lesser value than the original mattress purchase price.

​

6) A delivery and pick up fee will be charged to customers for the comfort exchange service. 

​

7) The comfort exchange is only valid at the Store of Purchase.

​

8) This policy does not apply to pillows, custom made orders or sales of floor mattresses. Custom made orders include but are not limited to non-standard sized mattresses, zipped mattresses and mattresses with especially ordered custom fabrics and colors.
